Measured at three locations.
In a factory test at 230 V with a 260°C setting, all three measured plate locations on the development unit reached at least 200°C after 15 seconds. From around 60 seconds onward, the temperature spread among the three locations narrowed and showed a stable trend.
Temperature sensing inside the heater. An NTC sensor is positioned inside the metal ceramic heater (MCH).
MCU-controlled heater output. A microcontroller reads the sensor signal and adjusts heater output.
Independent upper and lower control. The upper and lower MCH heaters are temperature-controlled independently.

Factory reference values from a development unit tested at 230 V. Results may vary with operating conditions, supply voltage, measurement method and individual units. The 260°C maximum applies to the European-market development specification. Final specifications, inspection criteria, applicable standards and certification requirements will be determined in accordance with destination-market regulations and agreed project requirements.
